    Job Description

    T AND D COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Professional with a successful track record and relevant experience selling technology solutions. This self managed position offers an excellent opportunity to be creative with virtually unlimited earning potential.     REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience in the related field of Voice, Data, Video infrastructure, and Security Systems is preferred to include business-to-business selling experience.
    • Superior knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and sustained forecast accuracy.
    • Perform sales presentations for Customers, partners, and prospects.
    • Strong proposal writing skills responding to complex RFP's and developing formal proposals.
    • Working successfully with vendor partners in a joint selling capacity.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
    • Candidate should have solid knowledge and understanding of low voltage systems including structured cabling and related design.
    • Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: A/V, WLAN, DAS, CCTV/surveillance and access control preferred.
    • Able to develop and execute a business plan that leverages the company’s excellent reputation, successes, strengths, and solutions to close new business.
    • Work with a highly capable team of pre-sales engineers and estimators to win business.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to exploit your potential.
