Mobile Center Inc operates multiple Preferred Retail T-Mobile locations in Ohio and Michigan. We are looking for a district manager that can lead, empower, develop and generate sales results!
Job requirements
Inspire, develop, coach and lead your district team to the BEST Sales Results
Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding
Constantly be assessing Sales data to identify performance gaps and creating fast-acting plans for success
Assist the Operations team in ensuring your stores are Operationally compliant
Establish strong business relationships with store managers and our field sales makers
Conduct regular field visits and maintain high visible presence within district to ensure excellence
Availability during sales hours to support the field
Ensuring stores are always Audit ready
