Role and Responsibilities: As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our fitness business by effectively managing leads and converting them into appointments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Management: Handle and prioritize incoming leads through various channels, including phone calls, text messages, and emails, all while working from a remote location.
- Timely Response: Respond to all leads within 2 minutes during operational hours, ensuring a prompt and professional interaction.
- Communication: Engage leads through phone calls and text messages, effectively explaining our fitness offerings, benefits, and value proposition while maintaining a remote presence.
- Qualification: Conduct initial lead qualification to understand their fitness goals, preferences, and availability for appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential clients to virtually learn about our facility and meet with our fitness experts.
- Follow-Up: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads that require more time before making a decision.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records, appointment schedules, and communication history using our remote CRM system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with our sales and marketing teams remotely to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through remote channels, addressing inquiries and concerns while representing the professionalism of our business.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for remote communication.
- Strong proficiency in texting and phone etiquette, as well as computer-based communication.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities while working remotely.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address potential clients' needs from a distance.
- Proven track record in remote lead management, appointment setting, or sales (preferably in the fitness or wellness industry).
- Familiarity with remote CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and remotely.
- A passion for health, fitness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
