    Job Duties:

    • ****Accountable for accurate and timely handling of all aspects of customer inquiries, account maintenance, and transactions.
    • Respond to communications from customers, vendors, managers, technicians, and third parties, primarily via telephone, with some e-mail and written correspondence.
    • Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs.
    • Monitor and track 5 Star Reviews for weekly tech bonus.
    • Document all activities in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems in accordance with established procedures.
    • Demonstrate outstanding service to identify the source of the issue and work to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. **** ****

    What you need:

    Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience working in customer service. Experience in the trades / home service is helpful but not required. Experience analyzing and reporting data trends to leadership is a perk but not required.

    Computer Skills: Highly proficient with all Microsoft platforms, especially Word and Excel. Must be able to accurately type with 40 WPM average. Proficient in GSuite Applications. Usage of Service Titan and Slack, also a benefit.

    Other Requirements: This is an in office position that will require working from the Austin, TX office 4 days a week plus 1 remote day.
