    DESCRIPTION

    The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER MARKETING SERVICESis responsible for leading integrated digital marketing campaigns and services engagements from concept to execution. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the full breadth of capabilities and services required across marketing teams, supporting teams and multi-vendor environments including strategy, creative, technology, data & analytics, campaign management, channels, optimization and media planning/buying. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, client relationship management, consultative shaping and support of opportunities with account management, and a fanatical obsession with customer-centricity and our clients businesses to ensure our work is grounded in the clients strategic business goals and objectives. In addition, strong inter-personal and relationship building skills are required to shepherd various capability teams and practices towards a shared client vision and outcome. Finally, a strong acumen for project planning, communication (status, risks, issues), and overall execution is required along with a lean-agile mindset in order to best drive enough structure and rigor to operate in an increasingly data-driven, hypothesize/test/learn cycle to drive continuous improvement for clients in their digital marketing endeavors. This role requires high EQ and IQ and an appreciation and curiosity of the intersection of science and art in modern digital marketing to get stuff done and promoting transparency and trust building.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Your responsibilities will include pre-sales and pitch work, representing our firms Delivery function along with lean-agile project management / producer duties in delivery execution for digital marketing services and campaign work:

    • Collaborate with pre-sales efforts to ensure the team has a clear understanding of client goals, objectives and scope.
    • Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment to integrate and normalize activities and deliverables into an integrated overall project plan, staffing model, and pricing model.
    • Assist with proposal creation and pitching duties as appropriate.
    • Deeply understand client business context in terms of target market, target product, target audiences and associated strategic goals, plus measures for their digital marketing efforts.
    • Partner and drive the creation and support of briefs with multiple disciplines / crafts including strategy, creative, technology, data & analytics, and media to present propositions that advance clients on their strategic path. Apply analysis of results to inform subsequent propositions and actions to course correct, amplify, or retire.
    • Inform, educate and evangelize engagement models with clients and team members to realize clarity of roles & responsibilities, governance, and execution to enable perpetual cycles of digital marketing experiments that support client marketing and servicing goals across the full customer lifecycle.
    • Ability to apply product-model thinking towards prioritization and decision making with clients and teams to promote lean-agile constructs and benefits, including: speed, quality, value vis--vis autonomous teams, continuous learning and improvement, progress over perfection, and a fail-fast mindset.
    • Define and refine project plans and schedules with proactive accounting measures for quality and progress metrics, resource loading, time & expenses, and overall budget management excellence.
    • Perform release and sprint planning with expertise in story design, velocity modeling and tracking, dependency leveling and resource management to ensure execution monitoring, reporting, and course-correcting.
    • Define and activate necessary governance and communication models to ensure the right information and decisions are being routed to the right people, ensuring campaign / initiative success, building of rapport, and delightful client experiences.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors degree or higher - Highly desired
    • 8+ years of professional experience as a project manager / producer / digital manager in a marketing organization or services company.
    • Well organized, creative risk-taker with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or accounts.
    • Knowledgeable of holistic marketing services and capabilities including strategy, creative, seo, channels, campaign management, audience segmentation/journeys, channels, tactics, technology, data & analytics, optimization, and media.
    • Hands on experience with project management and ALM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp.
    • Understanding of campaign best practices, metrics, conversion funnels, lifecycle marketing, brand tone & voice and visual identity, editorial calendars, SEO, content marketing, digital content production, marketing automation, paid advertising, editing copy, digital channels, web design and development, and data-driven decision making and experimentation.
    • Working knowledge of lean-agile frameworks and methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / tools and the art of storytelling and crafting pointed presentations.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
    • Ability to work independently along a fast-paced offshore team
    • Ability for 30+ travel when travel restrictions are released
