Job Description

The Quality intern is to introduce them to the day-to-day life of being on the warehouse team working closely with operations and CI engineers. They will be introduced to the Value driven culture of TA Services, warehouse operations, ISO 9001 2015, AIB certification, and technical document writing.

The day to day of a Quality Intern will consist of participating in:

• Warehouse operations
• Analyzing & root causing any quality issue raised by customer
• Attend Dojo meetings & attend technical meetings.
• Assist with writing technical documentation for all the warehouse processes in multiclient sites.
• Building the necessary JOT forms to capture all audits and checklist in electronic format.
• Working closely with Quality manager on any Corrective Action Request (CAR) from customer to make sure the root cause of the quality issue was found and fixed, they will be communicating with the customers at a professional level to understand issue or situation of the quality defect.

Qualifications

• Earning a degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Ability to work on site in Greenwood Indiana
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
