This position will primarily be responsible for administering our account Collections program as well as processing & maintaining E-Commerce portals, orders, returns, and settlements, as well as providing customer service support. - Collections and maintaining collections database - E-Commerce Order Processing and portal administration - General Customer service phone and order processing support - General Office duties including answering phones, filing, composing correspondence, sending out company information as needed, etc. Education: Some college preferred. Experience: 2+ years similar experience in accounting/collections/administration desired. Required Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Additional Requirements: - Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English - Spanish speaking a plus - Japanese speaking a plus - Able to understand and carry out written & oral instructions - Work independently and as a member of a team Selected candidate must successfully pass a background check prior to beginning employment.
