Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in management in interior design, home staging or real estate industry. Bachelor degree in Interior Design/Architecture required, Masters’ degree preferred. Strong residential design background and skills, real estate and home staging experience preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Communicate project expectations with employees, which includes approval of design choices and making sure that they are aligned with client’s expectations as well as company style direction;

·        Project scheduling and distribution of projects among employees;

·        Provide recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality and customer-service standards;

·        Day to day operations that include scheduling, problem resolution, troubleshooting and quality control;

·        Develop and implement operations systems, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures;

·        Improve processes for inventory purchasing and inventory management

·        Analyze and improve process workflow
