You have a natural talent for finance and accounting and you enjoy tasks such as processing invoices, client bill pays, reconciliations and cash reporting. You have a genuine interest in understanding how the accounts payable function impacts a client’s overall financial portfolio. YOU ARE A SUPER COMMUNICATOR. Over the phone or by email, you can convey just about anything to anyone and help him or her feel heard & understood, every time.   JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze invoices and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility for payment
    • Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and invoices
    • Assist in producing expense reports for clients
    • Deliver consistent professional customer service through various channels of communication
    • Work closely with clients’ Financial Advisor and Wealth Management Teams
    • Manage day-to-day resolution of client service inquiries and concerns
    • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures in the Family Bill Pay Division

     

     EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • At least 1 year of accounts payable experience
    • At least 2 years of front facing customer service experience
    • Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including databases, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
    • QuickBooks experience preferred
    • Banking experience a plus

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to manage tasks and due dates
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
