    POSITION PURPOSE:

    The Payroll and Benefit Admin. will act as a support role within our Payroll and Benefits team. The role will focus on maintaining (inputting, updating, and tracking) the employees' information within the payroll and benefit systems. This role will support with payroll-related functions, medical leave tracking and reporting, Wellness Awareness, and overall administrative support. The Payroll and Benefit Admin. provides excellent customer service to managers and associates, while helping to cultivate a strong People team.

    MAIN OUTCOMES OF THE POSITION

    • Processing payroll for multiple assigned companies
    • Complete the daily needs of ADP and Benefit Mall maintenance
    • Champion employee awareness by promoting Benefit resources and wellness perks

    EXPECTATIONS: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES THE ROLE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR FULFILLING/ENGAGING.

    • Assist with processing payroll for multiple assigned companies with diverse administrative needs
    • Process new hire data entry for payroll and benefits (ADP/Benefit Mall)
    • Update and maintain employee information in the payroll/HR system (ADP) and the Benefit platform (Benefit Mall), including but not limited to:
      • Update and Maintain ADP Homepage
      • Pull audit reports for ADP/Benefit Mall- Audit and Review
      • Assist employees with ADP and Benefit Mall Set up and questions- address changes, processing Life Events
      • Process Terminations in ADP & Benefit Mall, complete termination paperwork and notices
    • Review payroll report on a daily basis for missed punches and notify managers
    • Track all Wellness reimbursements (Individual plans and Rock Lititz partnership)
    • Complete FMLA/ STD paperwork, maintain tracking and communicate to employees in a timely fashion
    • Complete employment verifications in a timely fashion
    • Dispensing payroll checks and processing electronic deposits, as requested
    • Process daily call offs and connect with HR Advisors, as needed
    • Respond professionally and timely to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefit issues or concerns
    • Position will also cross train for other payroll support activities/roles, as requested
    • Ensures all colleague and payroll information is kept confidential

    QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years of payroll administration experience
    • Experience with ADP or other Payroll and Accounting programs preferred
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and effectively drive results.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
