Our client is a well-funded startup in the B2B SaaS space. They are yet a small team of engineers, looking for a "Data Science team" member, who will be contributory in setting the roadmap and vision for that function within the company and also will be responsible for all data science functions of the company as they grow and expand.

Responsibilities

• Design, explore and implement, machine learning algorithms to solve condemnatory business problems and continuously improve them
• Stay up to date with the state of the art of machine learning research
• Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering teams to set and implement the companies complete product strategy and vision
• Present and communicate data-based insights and recommendations to product, growth and data science team's at Auxia's customers
• Analyze large business datasets to extract knowledge and communicate insights to critical business questions by leveraging or developing statistical and machine learning methodologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in improving and training , deploying ML models, developing production software systems such as data pipelines or dashboards
• Experience in causal inference techniques and experimental design
• Experience working with Cloud services managing and consuming large scale data sets
• Making better decisions, ownership mindset, and willing to ‘get your hands dirty' outside of the scope of your position (e.g. Product vision, strategic roadmap etc)
• Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related fields
