Industrial Maintenance Engineer-

Lohnpack Contract Filling is seeking dynamic and technically inclined individuals interested in joining our Advanced Manufacturing team. We are dedicated to cultivating experts in the field of liquid filling processes.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems within the filling equipment.

· Execute changeovers on filling machines and supervise others performing the same.

· Perform preventive maintenance system tasks.

· Analyze and enhance filling processes to optimize efficiency.

· Install and integrate cutting-edge equipment.

· Resolve quality and productivity issues on filling lines by implementing adjustments to the machinery, ensuring consistent achievement of expected quality and productivity standards.

· Utilize standard measuring tools (e.g., scale, depth gauge) to assess the quality of manufactured products.

· Safely utilize hand tools to assemble necessary tooling on the appropriate machine for upcoming product manufacturing.

· Oversee the cleaning and storage of tooling.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

· Adhere to and promote established safety and environmental policies and practices, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment.

Starting compensation for this position will be based on skills and experience.
