Lohnpack Contract Filling seeks motivated, technically adept individuals interested in Advanced Manufacturing. We are cultivating specialists in liquid filling operations.

Duties:

· Repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on filling machinery.

· Facilitate and oversee changeovers on filling machines.

· Perform preventive maintenance.

· Resolve quality and productivity issues on filling lines by making adjustments to the machines to consistently meet expected quality and productivity standards.

· Use regular measuring tools (depth gauge, scale, etc.) to evaluate the quality of the products produced.

· Utilize hand tools securely to construct the necessary tooling on the apt machine for the product to be manufactured.

· Regulate the cleaning and storage of tooling.

· Keep a neat and clean workspace at all times.

· Follow and promote all safety and environmental policies and practices, including using personal protective equipment correctly.

Starting salary for this position will be according to skills and experience.
