Summary: Responsible for performing various day‐to‐day tasks required in the field construction of above ground storage tanks, including but not limited to executing any other general labor tasks as assigned.

Plans, schedules and supervises the work in a safe, timely and productive manner.

Possesses a strong aptitude for leadership, making necessary decisions relating to the accomplishment of construction or maintenance tasks.

Uses good communication skills and interfaces well with other field personnel and the client.

Responsible for certain administrative duties, including timesheets for crewmembers, production reports and schedules.

Assists workers in their performance of assigned duties

Ensure equipment is in proper working condition

Ability to read a properly interpret Engineering construction drawings

Conduct daily safety meetings (JSAs) when needed

Follow all safety rules, recognize and report safety hazards

Plan work as assigned and select proper tools

Follow welding specifications

Fitting structural plate

Assist with hanging iron

Operating automatic welding equipment (if qualified)
