    POSITION TITLE: SR. ANALYST, MARKETING ANALYTICS SALARY: Commensurate with Experience LOCATION: DALLAS TX

    We are seeking an analyst of MARKETING ANALYTICS to join our GROWING DATA SCIENCES team.

    This experienced candidate must be able to identify, recommend and develop reporting and INSIGHTS ACROSS OMNI-CHANNEL MARKETING STRATEGIES.  You will work closely with the client and internal teams, across marketing strategy, channel marketing delivery, user experience, channel planners, and other analytics stakeholders to MEASURE THE IMPACT OF MARKETING CHANNEL AND CUSTOMER STRATEGIES TO DRIVE RESULTS.

    The position is responsible for enabling these cross-disciplinary teams with DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS, ultimately towards achievement of business goals.

    This person must demonstrate STRONG DOMAIN EXPERTISE IN CHANNEL MARKETING, DIGITAL MARKETING, AND CUSTOMER ANALYTICS, and be the influential and objective voice in the room. This analytical mind contributes towards a clear vision and plan in delivering actionable and innovative analytic solutions.

    And most importantly, this candidate is a SELF-STARTER, ANALYTICALLY-DRIVEN, with the CURIOUS TENACITY to impact meaningful change through the insights they produce.

    FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop DATA DRIVEN INSIGHTS that drive customer, marketing, digital, media, and social strategies
    • Develop reporting and analyses that align with business strategy and objectives
    • DEVELOP ANALYTIC APPROACHES to solve measurement, provide thought and execution leadership including development of and delivery according to analytic roadmaps
    • PROVIDE MEASUREMENT SOLUTIONS including measurement frameworks, reporting, dashboards, attribution, with ability to reverse-engineer existing analyses as needed
    • FORMULATE THE 'STORY' by synthesizing analysis findings, implications and recommendations

    • Leveraging these insights, recommend changes to the marketing plan

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or an MBA
    • 5+ YEARS of hands-on experience with descriptive ANALYTICS, statistical analysis, modeling, segmentation, data mining using large marketing databases
    • Digital analytics ecosystem experience on tools such as ADOBE ANALYTICS (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT), GOOGLE ANALYTICS, social analytic tools a big plus
    • Proven experience in customer analytics, multi-channel attribution, online controlled experiments, media optimization, campaign and promotional analytics
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources).
    • Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which EFFECTIVELY DEMONSTRATE THE VALUE OF ANALYTIC DELIVERABLES to client staff including senior leadership
    • Exhibits CONFIDENCE AND COMMAND when presenting to all internal and external audiences
    • Advanced level user of Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Core analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, Looker, a plus
    • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with EXPERIENCE MANAGING MULTIPLE PROJECTS and resources concurrently
