Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Mexican tacos using fresh ingredients.

Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Assist in menu development and contribute innovative taco recipes.

Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their dining experience.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Stay updated on food trends and incorporate them into offerings.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Taquero or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.

Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Food handler’s certification or equivalent is preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for food and a commitment to quality and presentation.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
