We're currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team of professionals! You will be responsible for providing up-to-date tax knowledge and service information to our clients, as well as prepare basic tax returns.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! WE PROVIDE ALL TRAINING!!! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare basic tax returns.
• Provide information about our products and services.
• Maintain and resolve customer issues and concerns regarding their tax records.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services in the tax office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
