Job Title: Marketing Sr. Manager
Description

The Marketing, Sr. Manager is a strategic thinker who is skilled in presentations, data analytics, communications, relationship management and quantitative reasoning. She/He is able to build and execute plans and communicate across all levels of an organization. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty,
This role will be a Hybrid work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop business-building strategies and activation plans to help meet objectives across Canada
Lead Marketing for new Private Label Credit Card launch (with new credit vendor, ADS)
Provide Midas Franchisee support, troubleshooting and resolving issues each month
Develop content calendar and branded educational content & training (YouTube, Social, In Store)
Lead and manage Vendor Partner Programs with MAST, Sumitomo, Cooper, Interstate, Valvoline, and NAPA
Analyze promotional performance and channel effectiveness, in partnership with our agencies
Marketing Budget Management and Forecasting
Travel domestically and internationally (Canada) as needed: up to 20%.
Qualifications
10 -12 years work experience
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to adapt to change and set priorities for competing demands.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work through ambiguity and complexity.
Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with team members inside and outside the department with minimal supervision.
Proactive self-starter. Enjoy interpersonal dynamics and politically savvy.
Proficient across MS Office software (Advanced knowledge or experience with building Excel pivot tables).
Skilled at applying business math, managing spreadsheets and budgets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and articulate.
Act effectively under deadlines.
