Since 1985, we have been providing a wide array of personalized, quality financial services tailored to meet the needs of our nationwide individual and business clients.     We are seeking a motivated, detailed oriented, experienced Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Post and pay invoices accurately
    • Post deposits accurately
    • Maintain an accurate checkbook balance
    • Manage day-to-day client cash flow

    Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in accounting. Bachelors Degree a plus
    • Ability to communicate with client, vendors, and staff effectively
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task 
    • Available for cross training on payroll processing
