We are looking for a highly motivated, personable and organized individual who is passionate about men's formal wear fashion and operations. As an Operations Intern, you will gain valuable experience as you assist with ongoing projects and daily activities at an emerging men's formal wear brand.

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years’ experience in operations or related field
• High school Diploma or Above
• Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms - Instagram ,Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest
• Familiar with all Major Social Media Platforms. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Ability to multitask with an attention to detail.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with maintenance of Company social media pages and profiles such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and pinterest.
• Provide office administration support
• Data entry, filing, spreadsheet management across different organizational platforms like Zoho
• Assist in adapting to our current operation systems to optimize efficiency.
• Making sure purchases and inventory is effectively managed
• Assist with and manage sales outreach to existing and potential customers
• Track reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of the brands social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and other major social platforms
