TCA SALES is hiring! We currently have openings for Benefits Specialists nationwide, as well as Marketing Managers. At TCA Sales we work with over 43,000 employers and have helped protect over 4.2 million employees. We've been assisting employers with benefits packages since 1972. We work with all major benefits companies, and have regional offices across the country. . Full-time and part times positions available. This is the type of position that will allow you to work your own time schedule and Home Office.

We offer training to licensed and non-licensed sales reps that want to learn how to sell to employer groups or to individuals. You can sell all of our product lines virtually or in-person. Most agents are loving the ability to sell nationwide from their home offices.

We train on a variety of product lines and based on your interests and licenses you will have the ability to sell Medicare, Health, Life, Final Expense, Mortgage/Debt Consolidation, Legal Services, tax and bill auditing, and a variety of other products and benefits.

We offer Live Lead Transfers, where our telemarketing reps will transfer you interested clients looking to talk to you about employee benefits, Medicare or Life Insurance and you simply enroll them into the policies they are interested in. It does not get any easier than that, when you have a person that says they need to purchase a policy and are just looking for advice from a professional on what their options are. You simply educate them on what is available to them and help them enroll over the phone. You will be paid a very nice advance on that sale and then you will be paid renewals every year for the next 20+ years in many cases.

When you sell Medicare this product has one of the best retentions for staying on the books, so you can build yourself a very nice book of business that you will be able to use as income for retirement, or sell when you are ready to leave the business. Many agents can build a renewal base that will pay themselves a 6 figure + income base in a very short period of time.

We have our own call center and marketing company. You are able to sell Live Lead transfer services, SMS campaigns, SEO, and Facebook and social media ad campaign/brand management packages.

THE POSITION:

• Connect with employers and employees to expand existing business accounts, and establishing new accounts in the area
• Conduct presentations on benefits, at worksites, online, and in residential settings
• Schedule presentations with employers and employees
• Communicate benefits/package in a clear efficient way
• Be able to answer any questions that may arise

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales experience preferred, but not required (We have a management position available for those who qualify.)
• Must enjoying communicating and teaching.
• We are looking for non-licensed and licensed representatives, licensing not required
• Written and verbal communication skills are a must!
• The ability to adapt and learn as you go.
• Must work well in a team!
