We are a small property management company with 6 units in St. Louis City. Our company is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of part time Property Manager and Personal Assistant. This position will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties as well as personal assistant to the CEO. This is a part time position (10 hours or less a week) and would be a great fit for someone with a flexible schedule. The Property Management position job duties include: - Maintain properties, resolve tenant complaints and enforce rules of occupancy. - Inspect vacant units. - Plan and manage repairs and renovations. - Coordinate and obtain bids from contractors. - Advertise and show vacancies. - Negotiate lease terms and ensure resident files are maintained. - Obtain referrals from current tenants. - Act as liaison between tenants and property owner. - Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner. - Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. The Personal Assistant position job duties include: - Run errands (ex: collecting mail, grocery shopping, etc.). - Prep CEO's home as needed (ex: laundry, cleaning). - Facilitate vehicle maintenance. - Maintain receipts and reconcile expenses. - Complete projects given by the CEO's Executive Assistant.
