    Job Description

     

    APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-5 YEARS HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE / CALL CENTER ONLY. CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

     

    WE ARE AN HVAC COMPANY SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM! YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR FIELD TEAM. WE HAVE A FEW OPENINGS AND SCHEDULED WORKING HOURS MAY VARY. OUR COMPANY IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 7AM TO 10PM (8:30PM DURING WINTER HOURS). OUR COMPANY OFFERS BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT, AS WELL AS OTHER PERKS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • ANSWER CUSTOMER PHONE CALLS.
    • INPUT CUSTOMER INFORMATION INTO OUR INTERNAL DATABASE.
    • MAINTAINS A FULL APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE FOR OUR IN FIELD TECHNICIANS.
    • SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS USING OUR INTERNAL SOFTWARE.
    • KEEP TRACK OF GPS TO ENSURE APPOINTMENTS ARE TAKING PLACED DURING SCHEDULED TIME FRAMES.
    • COMMUNICATE TECHNICIAN ARRIVAL TIMES AND APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS IN REAL-TIME.
    • RESPOND TO COMPANY EMAILS FROM CUSTOMERS AND LEAD SOURCES AS SOON AS THEY'RE RECEIVED.
    • MAKE OUTBOUND PHONE CALLS TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS AND SERVICES, ALSO TO MAKE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE SALES.
    • PARTICIPATE IN COMPANY MEETINGS IN AN EFFORT TO BETTER UNDERSTAND OUR CUSTOMERS.
    • PARTICIPATE IN SOCIAL MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES AROUND THE OFFICE, A WILLINGNESS TO HAVE MARKETING MOMENTS CAPTURED.
    • SEND AND RECEIVE MESSAGES TO AND FROM SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT AS NEEDED.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE / CALL CENTER (OVER THE PHONE) EXPERIENCE.
    • ​SPEAK ENGLISH, AND SPANISH OR TAGALOG PREFERRED.
    • TYPING AT LEAST 50-60+WPM.
    • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND NIGHT TIME.
    • KNOWLEDGE OF USING APPLE COMPUTERS AND SOFTWARE.
    • ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.
    • MUST BE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
    • MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND HAVE EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE.
    • MUST BE THOROUGH AND DETAIL ORIENTED.
    • MUST BE A SELF STARTER WHO DOES NOT REQUIRE CONSTANT SUPERVISION.
