Customer Service Representative

TCE is the latest venture created by a team of business consultants with over 20 years of experience in the Executive Training and Consulting Space. Our leadership staff initially came together to supplement Tier 1 clients fulfill every marketing, Advertising, Training and Recruiting needs that were proving to be ineffective through their own internal efforts. Our executives have successfully consulted with firms from Miami, to New York, to Toronto working with some of the worlds largest corporations. After years of pursing these endeavors individually, and seeing the economic devastation incurred in 2020, the leadership team decided now was the time to form an alliance not only to dominate the industry, but to spur economic growth and push forward in the "new normal." thus, TCE was born.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Degree preferred but not required
• Full Time preferred
• Immediate Hire
• Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is valued but not required
• Work Authorization
• 18+

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Small Account Management
• Sell Relevant Services and Products based on customer needs
• Customer Assistance and Sales
• Assess Customer Needs for Troubleshooting
• Take electronic forms of payment
• Manage returning customers and maintain satisfaction and loyalty
