    The Cannabis Job Board is hiring the best and the brightest to work with our client base to help them understand, internalize, and experience the value of our job board / hiring platform catering specifically to the cannabis, hemp, and marijuana industry.

    This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual early in their career, looking for a long-term opportunity to grow.

    The Pay: $35,000-$40,000 base - up to $100,000.00 +per year in uncapped bonus + commission

    Our sales team will bring the clients in, and you will take ownership of your own clients and support them AFTER the sale is made with your core goal to ensure they renew their subscription and to reduce churn.

    About this Role:

    In this role, your focus will be - the client (hiring managers and recruiters) and your responsibility is to be their trusted advisor. You will focus on understanding the clients’ long-term goals so that we can drive adoption of our platform, deliver value, and ensure ROI on all ends.

    • Therefore, you will come into The Cannabis Job Board learning and becoming an expert on how our job board/hiring platform works, while understanding the valuable services that we offer so that you can support the client technically as well as their long-term growth plans.
    • In addition, you will become an expert in everything related to the customer – their business model, industry, goals, projects, timelines, IT, and more.

    Your Daily Tasks:

    • After the sales team brings in the new client you will welcome and onboard them onto TCJB.
    • You will ensure the client knows how to use our platform with ease and understands the value.
    • You will work with the client to better understand what they are currently doing and looking to accomplish (with occasional site visits) and suggest custom solutions to help serve them better.
    • You will handle all inquiries and communicate daily with your clients.
    • You will handle and resolve customer requests and concerns.
    • You will anticipate the customers needs based on what they have going on in their pipeline.
    • You will stay abreast of news, press releases, etc to ensure we're on top of all things the customer.
    • Get constant customer feedback and work with the other teams (sales, development) to ensure we get it right.
    • Provide feedback to Product Management team related to new functionality requests and specifications.
    • Provide feedback to various internal customer teams to improve customer experience.
    • Log client communication and document relevant activities within internal customer relationship management software and other tools as assigned.
    • Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business objectives.
    • Assist with building customer facing training materials to enable more efficient and effective implementations.
    • Accurately identify risk of churn and put value-add actions in place to mitigate churn by developing a repeatable process and methodology that can be followed by others as The Cannabis Job Board continues to expand

    Your Qualifications:

    • Education requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, usually in sales, marketing or communications (is not required).
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills and must show passion for the TCJB application and desire to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Adaptable and able to quickly grasp and apply new info.
    • Be a strategic thinker, persuasive communicator and able to embrace frequent change.
    • Experience working in a customer service and sales role.
    • Knowledge of customer success processes.
    • Highly organized and a self-starter.
    • Passionate about the customer experience and building processes that support customer-facing teams.
    • Exceptional organizational skills: deadline driven with an ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
    • Resourcefulness, creative thinking, ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
    • A fired-up energy is a MAJOR plus.

    You will be supporting a brand-new team and will be an integral part in growing the team culture. This is a startup, and you will be one of the first seven employees hired (beyond the development team, they've been around for almost a year now).
