    The Associate Marketing Manager within the TCS Group team will serve the company across all brands, including TCS Group Philly, New Jersey, and BlackLabel. This person will serve a pivotal role in the development and execution of a holistic marketing plan in conjunction with the executive team. This position will help oversee the development of creative assets, marketing campaign management, and support in competitor and market research. This position sits at the TCS Group Philly office, within the administrative team under the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the yearly acquisition and retention marketing plans across the TCS Group family of brands with the support of the marketing team. The Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with the COO to understand the needs of the business and present solutions in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Further, the Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for resourcing projects, preparing creative briefs, and communicating and prioritizing deadlines to ensure that deadlines are met. For each campaign, you’ll work closely with the execution team (graphic design, marketing coordinators) to bring it to life. You’ll lead the overall strategy for campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement in produced assets, present finished products to the executive team, and interpret and communicate feedback from upper-level management to the marketing team in a constructive and actionable manner. Outside of the marketing team, every quarter you’ll work cross-functionally with the transaction and sales departments to collaborate and identify opportunities for process improvements that make communication with the marketing team more efficient and streamlined. This position will not be responsible for managing personnel directly but will be responsible for leading projects and dotted line management in some scenarios. This role would also have the opportunity to directly manage a team in the future. Compensation: • Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 (negotiable based on experience) • PTO: 1st year (16) days and 11 National Holidays • 401k (2% match) • Health Insurance Benefits Responsibilities: • You will develop subject matter expertise (SME) in the consumer real estate industry to help evolve overall marketing strategy and campaigns • You will identify opportunities to improve the efficacy and efficiency of our communications and marketing efforts, from content creation to execution • You will work to ensure alignment between executive teams and marketing teams, to ensure needs are prioritized properly, resourced, and met • You will proactively identify potential problems and gaps in project timelines, and independently propose and implement solutions • You will manage campaigns across multiple channels including paid and owned media, email, direct mail, and social platforms and monitor the performance of creative and messaging • Assist with the alignment of goals between sales and marketing teams to effectively compromise the needs of both teams, while ensuring that the brand identity is consistent and RTBs are reinforced • You will interpret goals set forth by the executive team, provide constructive feedback where appropriate to effectively compromise executive team goals and team realities, and propose solutions based on marketing best practices • Outline multichannel marketing campaigns and brief the creative team in a constructive manner that appropriately prepares them for the campaign. This includes developing key messaging, copy, and providing direction and inspiration that aligns with the overall vision • Ensure the marketing budget is being tracked and appropriately allocated while keeping a pulse on campaign spending and adjusting the budget to refocus on the highest-performing campaigns Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent field • 3+ Years of experience in Marketing role • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) • Experience working with a creative team (internal or external agencies) and developing creative briefs, communicating project briefs, and understanding of the creative process • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proficiency in Mailchimp (2+ years) • Experience planning and allocating internal resources for owned media campaigns • Planning and developing social media campaigns • Crafting compelling content or getting it developed • Posting content across social media accounts, engaging with customers on different channels, analyzing running campaigns, being on top of the latest social media trends • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and helping to align direction, decisions, and priorities in order to meet deadlines • Experience managing a creative team in a dotted line environment or managing the inflow and outflow of projects in a matrix environment • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment while juggling a variety of marketing elements, campaigns and work-streams • Proficiency in Canva for Teams • Proficiency in Airtable Platforms • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite • Experience managing interns in a formal or informal environment • Experience working alongside sales or account management teams Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000
