    The Project Manager is responsible for leading process design for operations to optimize and streamline workflow. They are the primary liaison in the operations team for any cross functional projects or initiatives.  They support and supervise the team in developing and utilizing processes for tracking operational milestone, reporting trip budgets and guest satisfaction.   Additionally, they play a key role to implement new technologies to streamline operational processes. As a champion for change, success in this role will be measured by improving, documenting, and educating on process and ensuring the completion of projects on time and on budget. THIS ROLE CAN BE REMOTE IN THE US BUT PREFERRED TO BE NEAR SEATTLE, WASHINGTON. 

    Essential duties and responsibilities for this position - 

    • Project manage the Return to Operations COVID protocols, leading the organization through equipment purchase and onboarding, training, process development and cross functional work to implement new initiatives.
    • Lead multiple key projects and ongoing BAU cross functional programs (e.g. COVID safety protocols)  
    • Use principles of change management to improve existing processes and procedures for program management and guest services.
    • Manage and be primary owner of relationships with key vendors, including negotiating commercial terms, supporting milestones and accountability, and driving to decisions
    • Convene internal teams across departments (and external vendors when necessary) to facilitate flawless execution of projects. Connect with Project Management team to ensure cross departmental collaboration, knowledge sharing and resource management.
    • Manage key project documents and deliverables such as detailed project plans to track progress as well as changes in project scope, status reports, stakeholder communications and key issues management

    To be succesful in this role, you will come with the following qualifications and experience - 

    • Multiple years’ project management experience or related professional experience with strong leadership skills 
    • Bachelor’s degree a minimum, PMP certification a plus
    • Experienced in various group facilitation techniques with a demonstrated ability to bring definition to ambiguity, moving initiatives forward.
    • Demonstrated success in project management including a proven track record of leading process improvements with delegation and mediation
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
    • Strong organizational skills and proven success in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
    • Willingness to be hands-on and do all levels of work as neede
    • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, Salesforce and Smartsheet (or similar CRM and Project Management systems) is essential.
