TDB Communications, Inc. is seeking entrance screeners to conduct the following tasks:

Welcome individuals at designated check points.

Follow local screening procedures to verify the employee, patient, or caregiver have utilized the temperature screening kiosks document the results. Ask the following questions:

• Are you experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19? The symptoms are cough, feeling feverish/chills, loss of smell or taste, sore throat, diarrhea, new or worsening cough, and/or difficulty breathing.
• Within the last 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (within 6 feet) with a person who has informed they have tested positive as COVID-19 by a physician or a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 test?
• In the last 14 days, have you been instructed from a health authority or physical to self-observe, self-isolate, or self-quarantine?

Grant access to individuals 18 years and older whose temperature is less than 100F and have answered no to all screening questions. Denies access to those whose temperature is at or above 100F and/or has answered yes to any of the screening questions (in accordance with CDC guidelines)

Complete form and follow VA protocol for individuals who answered “Yes” to any of the questions asked or have an abnormal temperature level.

Follow VA protocols with patients and authorized caregivers regarding authorized access into the facility.

Utilize sign-in logbook.

Wear all appropriate PPE.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and fosters a positive working environment.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long durations of time.
• Must be able to work outdoors.
• Must be able to speak and read clearly in English.
• Demonstrates professionalism while being personable, friendly, and in pristine grooming and TDB’s provided uniform and identification tag.
• Must be reliable and arrive on time each day.

Hours for part-time support are 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.
