    TDB Communications, Inc. supports a remote workforce by providing the equipment needed for the role (e.g. laptop and accessories). Candidates are required to meet specific employment conditions as outlined in our Telecommuting Policy including having a private workspace and a minimum level of 100 MBPS (megabits per second) internet download speed.  

     

    SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: This position provides workforce solutions for our customers and handles disposition of employee  problems and concerns. Supervises and coordinates contract labor personnel. 

     

      PAY AND BENEFITS:  

    • Exempt/Salary:  $52,000 per year

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This Exempt position determines all customer requirements, whether specific, not stated, but necessary or statutory and regulator. Requirements are determined by reviewing customer contracts, market research and competitive analysis 

     

    • Identifies solutions to non-standard employee requests and problems
    • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
    • Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
    • Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
    • Acts as a resource for others with less experience
    • Handling employee concerns.
    • Assist with recruiting efforts to ensure we get the appropriate candidates.
    • Responsible for guiding and supervising complaint resolution and verifying customer satisfaction;
    • Traveling between worksites on an as needed basis.
    • Provides staffing solutions including recruiting, interviewing and security clearance processing for contract labor personnel as needed;
    • Supervises all aspects of contract labor personnel performance;
    • Reports quality or any other pertinent customer concerns to the Director of Quality Assurance and other management as appropriate to diagnose and resolve;
    • Performs or assigns any other duties necessary related to customer service or to achieve customer satisfaction.

      

    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: 

    • Reports to the Vice President of Business Development;  
    • Coordinates staffing activities with the Contracting, Accounting Manager, Billing, and Human Resources;
    • Supervises field contract personnel.

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

    • College degree preferred with minimum of 5 years project management experience
    • Strong computer experience working on multiple software programs
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in Human Resources, preferred.
    • Excellent writing skills and experience with social media management and providing customer service online across multiple channels (e.g. email, social media & chat)
    • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT 

    • All employees are required to wear a mask when they are in community with other employees         (as recommended by CDC guidelines) 
    • Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
    • Corrected vision within the normal range.
    • Hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing may be provided if needed.
    • Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an on-line computer terminal and other standard office equipment, including a financial calculator, personal computer, and telephone.
    • Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
