    SCEE is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Scaffolders to join our team on the Albermarle Kemerton Lithium Project based in the South West of WA

     

    The Albemarle Kemerton Plant is a greenfield world scale Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate production plant to be located at the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area approximately 160 km south of Perth, Western Australia, and 17 km north-east of the existing port town of Bunbury.

     

    To be considered for these roles you must;

     

    • High Risk license with SA endorsement
    • Hold a current drivers licence
    • White/Blue Construction Safety Awareness Card
    • Current Working at Heights certificate
    • High Risk Work Licence with WP endorsed
    • Be living within a 100km radius of Australind -Southwest

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Perform as lead People Business Partner to develop People strategies and programs that support our R&D organization to meet their objectives and functional priorities.
    • Partners with managers and employees on driving a culture that is diverse and inclusive.
    • Coaches and develops the leadership team of assigned client groups, as well as others within the business, to understand and implement solutions in the areas of organization design and development, employment, employee engagement and retention, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, culture leadership development and conflict management.
    • Delivers appropriate coaching and development feedback to leaders and employees.
    • Leads projects in areas to include but not limited to: Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Learning and Development, Training, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.    
    • Plans and executes change management activities as required and provide project management for assigned Key People Team projects in order to support business strategy execution.
    • Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives on core people processes to support people management decisions such as compensation review, talent and performance management, leadership and organizational initiatives. Provides managers guidance and supports facilitation of corporate wide People programs. 
    • Mentor and support growth of members within the Akebia People Team.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and input on key People projects and programs and partners with the Akebia People team in the design of strategies and programs to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
    • Builds and sustains relationships at all levels within the organization.
