TRI POINTE GROUP IS LOOKING FOR A TECH SAVVY, ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS INTEGRATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST IN OUR HOME OFFICE LOCATED IN IRVINE, CA.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: The Integration Support Specialist candidate must be able to understand the existing process flow to better support the application users with ongoing day to day integration related issues.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly monitor and manage system performance, integration services and error notifications.
• Promptly identify possible issue, notify appropriate stakeholders, when necessary, and/or assist in resolution.
• Ensure resolution of issues/problem by follow-up with appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with application and integration team to support them during integration testing.
• Using Zendesk ticketing system to communicate with appropriate stakeholders when notifying/resolving issues
• Produce weekly/monthly matrices reports from the Zendesk ticketing system regarding the integration related issues
• Work closely with Integration Architect for any system/integration testing.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• This position requires remote weekend support.
• Two-year degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• No prior work experience is required. College grads are welcome.
• Understand basic Programming Language (preferably Java) with the aptitude to learn new technologies.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of SOAP/REST webservices, XSD and XML messages.
• Proactive nature with positive attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
