    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Doyle Group (thedoylegroup.com) seeks an experienced Advertising Coordinator with a background in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, account management, ad trafficking, project management, client communication and report creation. This role is the central hub supporting a national sales team with two health and wellness publications, that include strong print and digital platforms. 

    • Collaborate with a sales team to traffic all digital and print ads

    • Communicate with clients to ensure correct ads are placed in print and digital products

    • Upload all digital banner ads to sites

    • Ready all digital and print billing for accounting team

    • Lead sales team on magazine issue closes

    • Create all sales and advertising reporting

    • Track all competitive data and deliver to sales team

    • Assist sales team with special projects as needed

    • Review and approve eNewsletters

    • Maintain archives of TDG and competitive publications

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

    • Timely management of all print and digital advertising
    • Assisting sales team in all reporting, loading of digital ads and error free magazine closes
    • Autonomously manage all reporting, projects and client requests

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • B.A. in advertising, communications or related field
    • 1-2 years' experience in similar role
    • 1-2 years' experience in project management. Experience working with sales teams as well as clients, communicating changes and progress, and developing realistic action plans and timelines.
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter
    • Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams on projects
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Experience in maintaining client relationships
