DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Doyle Group (thedoylegroup.com) seeks an experienced Advertising Coordinator with a background in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, account management, ad trafficking, project management, client communication and report creation. This role is the central hub supporting a national sales team with two health and wellness publications, that include strong print and digital platforms.
Collaborate with a sales team to traffic all digital and print ads
Communicate with clients to ensure correct ads are placed in print and digital products
Upload all digital banner ads to sites
Ready all digital and print billing for accounting team
Lead sales team on magazine issue closes
Create all sales and advertising reporting
Track all competitive data and deliver to sales team
Assist sales team with special projects as needed
Review and approve eNewsletters
Maintain archives of TDG and competitive publications
