About The Role
The role of a Financial Advisor is to confidently guide customers through the life insurance buying process by educating customers on how life insurance works, which products are best suited for specific situations, and to provide a world-class customer experience by ensuring transparency in an industry that’s generally overly complicated, ambiguous and slow to adapt to change.
You will be responsible for sales outreach to customers that have gone through our quick and easy underwriting process and have been approved for coverage. The sales conversation includes a 'needs analysis' to understand the customer’s insurance needs, a review of recommended coverage options within that range, and guidance when reviewing the policy contract so the customer can make an informed and confident buying decision. **Skills & Experience **
1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles
Proven track record with the ability to hit sales targets
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency experience with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software
Startup grit and can adapt to changes quickly
Incredible drive to win
Quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills including strong phone presence
Life insurance experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Commission only, 1099 job
