A variety of lead generation activities are incorporated: including phone prospecting, open houses, marketing to your sphere of influence, inbound sign calls, internet lead generation (CINC, Zillow, etc.) and other methods • Wants to help clients achieve their real estate goals while ensuring fiduciary service of the Real Estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close (coordinates with the Transaction Coordinator) • Effectively negotiates for all buyer and seller clients • Learning based • Team player, having grit and the will to succeed Qualifications: • A Valid Nevada Real Estate license OR 3+ years commission / competitive sales experience • Strong sales experience, 3+ years preferred • Positive, self-motivated and goal-driven • Excellent customer service skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer skills • Driver’s license and personal vehicle • High school diploma; college degree preferred Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Nevada Real Estate license. You do not need to be licensed to apply! Compensation: 100,000 + Bonus
