Staff Tax Accountant / CPA TEASLEY AYERS CPAs, PLLC

As a Staff Tax Accountant / CPA, you will provide tax and accounting services, including but not limited to, tax return preparation, financial analysis, and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related major is required.
• Earned, or in pursuit of, a CPA certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 2 years of tax experience is required.
• Proficient working knowledge of tax preparation, bookkeeping, and office software is required, to include Ultra Tax, QuickBooks, Excel, & MS Word .
• Knowledgeable in and adherent to federal, state, and local tax laws required.
• Ability to keep track of deadlines and deliverables for multiple clients required.
• Must be trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality of clients’ financial information.
• Must be professional and personable, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills to build strong client and work relationships.
• The ideal candidate cares; about the quality of their work, the success of their clients, and the welfare of their peers.
• Position is on-site.
• Salary range listed as estimated base pay. Full compensation is commensurate with experience, ability, and performance.
