Our team is currently seeking multiple Full-time, third-shift Construction Coordinators! You will oversee sub-contracting crews to manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, and ensure OSHA safety protocols are followed for our ongoing project needs. This is the perfect opportunity for recent college graduates or seasoned construction managers. Training is provided. Travel is required.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the construction site including blueprint interpretations, budgeting, and safety inspections.

Provide daily reports ensuring ongoing and elaborate communication with Project Managers surrounding project status.

Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to maximize productivity and quality of work.

Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Duties and responsibilities:

Able to travel and work 3rd shift hours

Previous experience in construction management, engineering, or building maintenance

Familiarity with construction management software

Strong leadership skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications:

Valid driver's license

Able to pass criminal background screening

Able to pass a customer knowledge test

Associate in business, construction management or combined education and work experience
