Sales Development Representative ($45,000 to $55,000 base + commissions) Full Time Benefits Job Description TEC Integration is seeking a driven SDR to help us expand our reach to new and existing vertical markets within our territory. Your objective as an SDR is to be responsible for finding qualified prospects for our services. You will also be responsible for keeping our CRM system up to date. Responsibilities - Acquire new prospects - Engage and educate customers on our product/service offerings - Update our CRM system daily with information on qualified prospects - Develop prospect lists for ongoing email campaigns - Answer all prospect questions/inquiries in a timely fashion - Must be comfortable working independently with little supervision - Work with Sales and Marketing to implement account-based prospecting strategies Skills - Strong communication skills - The ability to listen, understand and advise on solutions that meet the prospects needs Qualifications - Strong people skills with no fear of rejection - Comfortable cold calling - Team player willing to take initiative and drive results - Knowledge of digital marketing/social media marketing preferred
