Job Description

The Elevator Consultants (TEC) provide services, solutions and software for hospitals, hospitality, building owners, property/facility managers, and others with vertical transportation equipment in their buildings. Vertical transportation is elevators, escalators, lifts, etc. The ElevatorApp and FacilityAIO, a code compliance, inspection and preventative maintenance software and internet of things (IoT) applications which give clients real time data on their building mechanicals.

We are seeking a .net Developer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for coding and creating and modifying computer application software or specialized utility programs. This is a contract position.

Our software is fully functional and at this time we are adding additional modules and add-ons. We need someone who can code and has intermediate experience with .NET, MVC, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 and other qualifications below. Our current developer will be available as needed via email or phone calls to help.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer and have the ability to code
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) and Azure
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail
