TEC WEST is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Processes and assists internal and external customers returning products and reissues new product 
• Determines and collects necessary information for customer service contact database to complete the return process
• Assists dometsitc and international customers via phone, email, chat and social media in upgrading/ configuring systems and responding to basic technical questions regarding tech products 
• Receives calls, emails, chats, and social media requests from customers with questions or concerns with their shop orders or warranty replacements 
• Verifies and maintaines customer service documentation 
• Resolves external and internal customer service issues independently with general supervision

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
