    Job Description

    Hiring a results driven HR Manager for a faced paced and successful company! 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Dealing with multiple customers at once both internal and external, Conflict Resolution, Handling urgent situations in a professional manner, Multi-Tasking, This is a highly demanding role and requires patience and professionalism. Financial forecast creation, management, and reporting. Manage relationships and forecast with outside vendors. Keep company leadership informed of project priorities and any issues that may require their attention. Work with other department leaders to establish goals, align priorities and define departmental processes. Practice and observe safety rules and encourage others to do so at all times. Always conduct themselves in a manner that reflects a positive, professional image. Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dress code policies. Treat each individual with care, dignity, fairness, respect and recognition. Work productively and collaboratively with direct supervisor and peers. Display and encourage teamwork and willingness to be a problem solver. Provide excellent customer service. Adhere to all policies and procedures as set forth by the company and ensure that all employees are knowledgeable of and adhere to all standards set for by the company. Must be able to work with office equipment, utilizing computers for majority of tasks.

    RECRUITING

    Manage recruiting efficiency and strategies with the agencies, Identify issues and solutions on hard-to-fill and high turnover positions, Focus on recruiting solutions, utilizing outside agencies, Manage hiring process, maintaining compliance, efficiency and data integrity, Manage on-boarding process for new hires

    ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

    Manage vendor relationship to ensure performance align with company goals and planning and vendor training as needed. Manage key performance indicators with agencies. Manage company events with agency partners as needed. Provide weekly and periodic reporting of progress on company goals, including every departmental/sub-group goal, Manage company system for performance review and employee coaching, Create in-house leadership development programs

    EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

    Participate in and oversee investigations, make recommendations for resolution such as termination, further training, disciplinary action, Manage job descriptions, employee files, documentation, Train and educate managers on employment regulations, best practices, performance management, Provide scheduled periodic reporting on all areas

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

    Ability to work with office equipment, utilizing computers for majority of tasks and must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of programs. Experience with advanced Excel needed. Other HR/benefit systems knowledge and experience preferred

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor’s degree and 5 years or more in HR.

    Excellent understanding of operations within an organization including processes and standards, preferably in warehouse environment at a national level.

    Excellent organizational skills required, Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. 

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT 

    Must have the ability to work on multiple assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and/or delays.

    Must be able to remain focused and work effectively and efficiently under such circumstances.

    Must be able to handle incoming requests for assistance via phone and in person while working on other tasks.

    Must remain professional in light of challenging situations that may occur.
