Job Description

We are a Manufacturing company based out of Fresno seeking an individual with Technical Support skills to join our team! You will resolve electrical and mechanical-related issues for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance for electrical and mechanical issues
• Resolve issues for customers via phone or electronically
• Recommend parts and component to improvement quality of equipment
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Assembling parts to familiarize troubleshooting techniques

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in electrical, mechanical troubleshooting, Air systems and Vacuum systems a plus
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Clear verbal and communication phone skills

Work Schedule Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
