Industrial/Commercial Water Treatment Technician
We are seeking a full-time skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. In this role, the Technician will be responsible for routine water quality testing, reporting and recommendations for system improvements. Additionally, responsible for overseeing the progress of equipment installation, chemical cleaning and disinfection of new construction jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. - Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth operations. - Install, configure, and calibrate equipment according to specifications. - Document and report on completed work, including any unusual findings or safety concerns. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. - Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the position.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred. - Proven experience in a similar technician role or hands-on technical position. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms. - Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment. - Willingness to continue learning and pursuing professional development opportunities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment as needed. - Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces or at significant heights.

Compensation:
Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
