    DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: | IT Department, responsible for TSS end of day procedures. Tape Library responsibilities. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: |  Receive the system from FEDOPS and begin night work processing and complete night work processing before the 9pm deadline. End of day work procedures performed without operator error. Be present and perform month end processing without taking that particular day offunless there is an emergency.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: |  Computer Operator second shift. Tape Library responsibilities as follows. Send, receive daily incoming tapes. Archive monthly tapes. Recall tapes from offsite storage. Login and document all tapes. Store incoming expired tapes. User Support functions as follows. Create new users, reset user passwords, unlockuser accounts. Send users new token IDS when expired. Disable, Delete users who have not logged into the system within time frame. Monitor server processes and report anything unusual to PDSDEV.Within the defined area of responsibility ensure the following as it pertains to the position and where applicable: Risk Management: Perform due diligence in daily job to monitor risks and to prevent risk events fromoccurring. Manage daily responsibilities within risk governance framework, and policies and procedures of the firm. Take responsibility for identifying and reporting any risks. Possesses the appropriate risk management and internal control capabilities/skill set for the position.Compliance & AML: Perform daily role in line with the Company's policies, procedures, WSPs and in compliance with applicable rules, laws and regulations to avoid and/or mitigate any regulatory risks.

    KEY DISTINCTION: Able to train new personnel very timely without causing error or down or late time. Making the decision when an individual can be left alone to perform the end of day processing. Able to work without being supervised and quick decisions made when need be in IT and Facility.
