Need of a traveling Tier 2 Support Specialist to cover locations in the Philadelphia area.. This is 40 hour a week opportunity. The person should have excellent knowledge of windows, IOS devices, and have a working knowledge of networking . A mix of Business and Residential IT experience would make a great fit. This person would be supporting both staff and residents . The main target office would be in Fort Washington, PA along with Southampton, PA.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a PC/local area network support environment.
Strong technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware devices.
Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, communications software, virus protection, and diagnostic software.
Ability to diagnose and resolve onsite and remote PC related computing problems, as well as other
Approachable and engaging personality. Must be able to successfully partner with the community with patience and exemplary customer service.
Ability to lead various training courses on as needed basis.
