    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    Manage and support activities listed below related to the company’s investments.  Support the FP&A and business risk processes for the THI companies. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee day-to-day financial activities and serve as a liaison between the company and investment banks
    • Support the cash forecasting process, forecast trends
    • Create data models, analyze, and interpret data
    • Develop cash management, investment, and risk mitigation strategies
    • Provide financial advice on investments, loans, and liabilities
    • Prepare and present regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management
    • Implement and document financial policies and procedures
    • Ensure that the organization is in compliance with financial and legal regulations
    • Support business risk insurance policies
    • Support FP&A product analysis
    • Use mathematical, statistical and analytical models to find patterns that may reveal business opportunities
    • Assist in financial planning process to set accurate annual revenue and expense targets for the business
    • Prepare reports on cash balances and/or movements weekly/monthly/quarterly
    • Reconcile of portfolio income
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by CFO

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, math, banking, or data science with  at least 5 years of progressive experience
    • MBA strongly preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    One of the following certifications is preferred:

    • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
    • Certified Cash Manager (CCM)
    • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
