Job Description
The Hotel Group Reservations Coordinator will arrange hotel accommodations for guests and staff at various TED Conferences and events. You’ll manage all hotel reservation bookings, balance room inventory and expertly handle all customer questions to provide a seamless experience. You’re highly efficient and organized, have a mastery of spreadsheets, work well under pressure, and are comfortable managing shifting priorities. Your contributions bring attendees together which supports our mission: ideas worth spreading.
Note: This position is part-time (10-20 hrs/week) maternity leave coverage and ends in Fall 2025. This position is fully remote and open to US-based candidates with a salary range between $20 - $25 / hour USD.
