    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collect and repackage community-based content to form compelling stories via video as to promote our program on public channels
    • Video and content editing for long and short-form videos highlighting our educators (and their students)
    • Assist with content planning and content creation for the TED-Ed Community - an exclusive online community platform for our educators
    • Review Student Talks community applications during Programs team review sprints
    • Support with email correspondence (Zendesk) and addressing community inquiries
    • Assist with community building efforts and projects with educators and students
    • Support series of video calls with students around the world
    • Provide video content processing support - reviewing, categorizing videos, managing video library etc.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

    • Current undergraduate or graduate student
    • Proficient in Google Calendar, Docs and Gmail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent design and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere or similar software)
    • Fundamental knowledge of digital campaigns or messaging to a global audience
    • Can work independently and feels comfortable taking initiative on new projects
    • Tested ability to multitask without sacrificing organizational details
    • Solid understanding of international youth/education-related spaces (preferred)
    • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time working hours
    • Can speak Spanish or other languages (preferred but not required)

    Additional Information
