Sales Representative:

Here at TEEM Academy, we take innovative steps to provide job placement solutions for our clients.

We are looking for motivated, self-starters who have the gift of identifying a persons' needs and finding them a solution. This role requires an energetic and outgoing personality that will excite our clients to invest in themselves. We offer a base salary plus commission.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing, revising, or creating a resume and cover letter for the client
• Assist in completing job applications, as needed
• Communicate job leads by phone, text, and/or email
• Consistently look for appropriate jobs for assigned clients
• Advocate for our clients by selling their strengths to employers
• Assist on job interview preparation and attend the interview
• Communicate with employers, on your client's behalf, as needed
• Assist in expanding or narrowing the job search criteria, as needed
• Prompt return of phone calls, texts, and/or emails we receive from you (within 12-24 hours)
• Cold calling at various employers to determine if they are hiring and to confirm hiring processes

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years Inside/Outside Direct sales experience
• Travel within territories to meet clients and employers. (60% minimum per week)
• Ability to translate complicated technical jargon to the average consumer
• Outgoing/Flamboyant personality with a goal-oriented mind-set

PREFERRED

• 2+ years of sales experience and/or Bachelor's degree
• Proven track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly goals
• Sales experience in the employment industry

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:

• Commission
• Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
