What we are looking for?  You have a minimum of 5 years of staffing industry experience preferably in an agency  You have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience  You have experience recruiting positions like RN’s, CAN’s, physicians, allied healthcare professionals, clinical and non-clinical roles etc.  You are passionate and accountable to you goals and not afraid of failure (this is how we learn and grow)  Network of clients / candidates so you can hit the ground running  Self-sufficient, self-management and a self-starter  A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.  Legally entitled to work in US
