    Job Description:

    • Supervise email inbox’s for assigned tasks • Review invoices: input key financial information such as purchase order, project ID, prepaid expense classification, and accounting date • Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers • Monitor invoices for overdue approvals • Closely coordinate with the Purchasing Team to clear PO match exceptions • Supplier onboarding • Assist with general accounting tasks and projects as assigned while

    Top 3 things we are looking for:   1. (High) Attention to Detail  (needs to be precise with a lot of manual data)   2. (High) Transaction Capabilities (will process a high volume of data and transactions; repetitively reviewing invoices)   3. Ability to communicate and collaborate (internal business partners and external customers)

    We need general customer service  as the foundational skill and then basic accounts specialist skills.  The project is to specifically work on invoice queue to issue payments and process check payments.

    Workday experience is a plus.

    Work set-up:  Hybrid: mostly remote but required to report on Tuesdays (not flexible, it is fixed because this is when we issue payments and process check payments - both in-house and outsourced) Time: flexible but will revolve around PST / 40/Hrs per week   Possibility of extension but conversion is unlikely. Interview Process: 1 hr interview with HM and 20-minute rounds with 2 leaders
